As an optional additional service, your Screaner can negotiate with the seller to get the best price for your item. This service can be purchased up front when you book your Screan, or after you've received your buyer's report and have made the decision to buy.

This fee covers a portion of the fuel expenses our inspectors incur traveling to and from each inspection site.
